Greg Wilburn started out his career as a member of the work crew for a custom homebuilder in the Upstate. He worked his way up to foreman which led him into commercial construction, working at a local commercial contractor for 5 years. During that time, he made the decision to get his contractor's license in hopes of eventually starting his own company. He has a wide variety of experience in commercial construction and residential construction - a combination of new builds and renovations.

Cassie Wolfson

Renovation Design Consultant

Cassie is our Renovation Design Consultant. She brings her background in commercial construction, estimating, and project management with her true love of space planning and architectural design to provide the perfect combination of building knowledge and design insights to visualize, interpret, and execute the wants, needs, and style our client’s desire.

Cassie grew up building birdhouses with her dad and learning about residential construction in Florida. In high school and college, she found the world of theatre and became immersed in set, lighting, and costume design. Upon finishing her degree, Cassie worked in commercial construction for 18 years, the last 3 of which included designing kitchens, cabinetry, bathrooms, and making finish selections.

For the past 12 years, Cassie has worked in interior residential design, specializing in kitchen and bath renovations and additions.  The last 8 of those with Wilburn, Inc. This collaboration has resulted in effective communication between design and build functions, and increased client satisfaction with their completed projects.

Steve Collyer

Project Foreman & Coordinator

Steve has been working with Greg for nearly 20 years. He specializes in flooring, tile backsplashes and showers, cabinet installation, sheetrock, finishing, window replacement, vinyl siding, and yes, just about anything else you may think of. In the words of Steve, “Everybody knows I'd rather be fishing.” 

Brian Qaulter

Skilled Tradesman

Brian has been working with Wilburn Construction for almost 10 years. He specializes in grading, building, plumbing, electrical, tile, and kitchen and bath commercial work. One thing you may not know about Brian is he is fluent in hillbilly.

Matt Shaw

Skilled Tradesman

Matt is a customer service guru who’s been with Wilburn for almost five years. Matt has been riding BMX bikes since he was 12 and is currently teaching his son how to follow in his footsteps--or rather, his tire tracks.
